Terms of Service

Your account
You’re responsible for the security of your login and the activity in your workspace. Don’t share credentials. Use seats for additional teammates.
Acceptable use
Osprae is for legitimate B2B outreach. Don’t use it to spam, harass, scrape personal data, or violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, ePrivacy, CASL or any equivalent law. We reserve the right to suspend workspaces that abuse the service.
Your data
You retain all rights to the data you upload (ICPs, lists, drafts). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate Osprae for you. We will never sell your data or train shared models on it.
Billing
Plans renew monthly or annually. Top-ups are one-time and expire 90 days after purchase. Refunds within 14 days of first payment, no questions asked. Failed payments pause the workspace after a 7-day grace period.
Service & uptime
We target 99.9% uptime, measured monthly. Status: status.getosprae.com. Major incidents are reported within 24 hours.
Liability
Osprae is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are handled in Tallinn unless your local consumer law requires otherwise.
